Network Integration
As a Network Integrator, we are able to design, implement and support diverse
multi-platform networks. We have experience with Unix, Novell and Microsoft servers and
Unix, Windows and Mac clients.

Innovative Support
For the past 24 years we have offered long-term service and support for our clients. With
the development of WAN technology and the continued improvement of our capabilities, we have
come to offer some innovative support arrangements.
Two of these, On-Line Support Services and Fixed Fee Total Support, are particularly well suited
for networks consisting of 20-300 nodes.
On-Line Support Services
We offer our On-Line Support Services through the establishment of a WAN link between us and
our client. This link enables us to provide 24 hour access to our support functions.
When the link is combined with various network management systems, we can monitor the state
of a client's network.
Some of the services we can deliver via this link are:
- Network monitoring and management
- Remote and off-site automated backup
- Internet access
- E-mail Gateways and conversions
- User assistance and training.
Fixed Fee Total Support
A new
service that has been well-received by clients is our assumption of all support work for a
fixed fee. We take all the labor risk. The services can include all hardware maintenance
labor, all software maintenance, all software loading and configuration, all troubleshooting
and all network management functions.
